And breathe... There are times in our lives, whether we are an adult or young person, when we find we are struggling and we need someone to talk to in confidence, without the fear of being judged. I'm Cath and am situated in Knaresborough. I provide a warm, confidential environment, predominantly working online with individuals from 13 years upwards, where you have the opportunity to be listened to and to explore some of the difficulties you may be experiencing. Costs
Initial meeting £65 (approx 1hr)
Further sessions £65 for 50 mins
​Young persons (13-18 yrs) £65 for 50 mins
​Couples: £75 for 1 hour, or £90 for 1.5 hours
EMDR: £75 for 1 hour, or £90 for 1.5 hours
